An Attempt To understand Kunal Karan Kapoor

Well first and foremost thanks to my friends who had appreciated my very first article on Kunal Karan Kapoor and grateful to all of you for your motivating words.So here I am again with my pen to write something(a very ordinary one of course) about this person with whom I am obsessed (surely in a positive way) with. I was thinking to pen down and summarise my thoughts(not at all being judgemental)about the interviews that Kunal gave,a few of them. Not all of them as I am still in the process of getting access to all of them. Now there is nothing new to write about Kunal especially more because I fall short of words,phrases and sentences.
My entire world comes to a standstill when I listen to Kunal,the person and needless to say my admiration and respect for him grows manifold. His little things make me go 'woo to wow'. For example, in an old article published in TOI (Read Article) Kunal talks exclusively about his share of insecurities, his likes, his career,his passion. He calls himself a loner and mentions that he enjoys his own company the most.frank expression I must say and never holding himself back in that interview he titled himself that he is a non-hero material! When he says that what are good looks to do with this industry it becomes vivid that he is someone who believes in acting and not looks. Even he went to the extent of telling that he is not that good looking(I dont knw who told him that???) But still he is in this industry and surviving. So this expression clearly proves that for Kunal Karan Kspoor acting is the most important thing in which he can and he had put all his efforts whenever given a chance. His entire careergraph speaks volumes of his superlative talent and he very well through his acting career proved 'variety is the spice of life'. His roles till date are never ever stereotyped and I thank him that he chose such wonderful characters and each of dem varied frm the other in all aspects uptill Nbtnmkk. And most importantly we as his fans were never disappointed with those characters. Never ever:) He casually says that he does not mind what people talk about and comment on his wind-ruffled hair and unconventional looks. But I as all Kunalians will agree that it is those wind-ruffld hair, the not so textbook definition of good looks redefines Kunal for us and we have fallen for him time again because of those. We are always dumbstruck when he talks in his interviews or when he acts.Our jaws drop at least my mouth remain open with an awe. As if Kunal is the conjuror upon whose spell I am and I dont want to get back from that trance. Is it an exaggeration my friends to remark that kunal can simply take our breath away?? And to remark about his acting it would be an audacity to be opinionative.an ordinary admirer like me cannot or dare not assemble and describe the multitalented actor that he is. Another amusing thing that I wanted to share is that how Kunal/Mohan are so real to me.NBT is over but still mohan/kunal live with me and make me happy.
In a very recent interview (Listen Interview) for his radio fans I got to know Kunal a lil bit more.In that interaction he mentioned about his joys and sorrow just like any other common man... My heart went out to him when he shared that 'gili mitti ki khushboo' after 'baarish' gives him immense happiness. Tears come to his eyes when he mentions of his mother. Such a simple person he is sometimes its hard to believe 'koi aisa bhi ho sakta hain kya'?? He candidly admits that even after this huge success of Nbtnmkk he still does not think that he is a celebrity. par Kunal to star hai aur wo v sabse chamakta hua:*:*the answers were not rocket science but they definitely made me ransack my brain and I was left with a question 'How much grounded a person can be'?? But thats what makes Kunal stand out from his contemporaries in the entire conversation. I never for a moment felt that Nita Ji ws tlking to a celebrity. On the contrary I felt that he is so like us. Amazing,isn't it??And last but not the least the cherry on the top was when he called his Fans as his extended family and added dat it is a rare feeling in his life. I am sure we all Kunalians... Kunaloholics were bowled out by that statement.just as an admirer I would like to convey to Kunal that the sweetest gift you jever gave to us fans is that you considered us your extended family.. It was not expected.Atleast I did not expect it but you just blew me away. Thank you Kunal. We fans will keep on loving you no matter what not only because you are a superb actor but also because at the same time you are a  nice human being. And that I say with confidence coz your little gestures have always been  a witness to the goodness you have in you.
Kunal,you are the string through which we all are tied together and that string is going strong by each passing day. Respect,adulatio­n,adoration,love --- these are very small words in front of you.
I just wish you remain like this forever and may your work be appreciated by all and even
to the extent critics fall in love with you. You really are a diamond... Love you.
